JOB VACANCY:

A Leading Property Investment and Management Company located in Lagos, providing top of the range residential accommodation for top executives require for immediate employment, the following professionals:

1. SECURITY GUARDS: At least three (3) years experience (preferably estate security)
2. DISPATCH RIDERS: At least five (5) years experience within Lagos, candidate must also possess the relevant Licenses, not less than 35 years


3. PLUMBERS: At least four (4) years experience
4. ELECTRICIANS: At least three (3) years experience
5. AIRCONDITIONER TECHNICIANS: At least three (3) years experience
6. SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE PERSONEL: At least three (3) years experience
7. GENERATOR OPERATORS: At least five (5) years experience with knowledge in servicing and minor repairs

To qualify for any of the above positions, each applicant must have worked in a very reputable property investment company or any institution/organization specialized in his line of practice for at least 3 years.
