Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Description
The role of the Front Desk Executive will be to maintain and promote
the corporate image of the company by receiving and responding to calls
and enquires from customers and other stakeholders in a professional
manner.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers’ enquiries and demands are promptly and satisfactorily attended to.
- Maintain good human relations with all internal and external customers.
- Provide initial useful response to customers´ inquiries concerning the company’s services.
- Liaise with other units in the company to satisfy callers´ needs and enquiries.
- Ensure that the front office and the security personnel maintain decorum in receiving and attending to customers’ inquiries.
- Receive and transfer telephone calls to staff promptly and effectively.
- Ensure that the reception is kept clean and orderly at all times.
- Ensure prompt registration, dispatch and distribution of mails within and outside the company premises.
- Maintain log books in respect of correspondence in and out of the office.
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Position Requirements
- B. A./B.Sc. in any of the Humanities/Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role
- Must have excellent customer service orientation
- Must be smart, personable and corporately well-dressed.
- Must have very good command of spoken and written English.
- Must be someone that has courteous and professional disposition in dealing with customers
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Excel and Word packages.
- Must be able to professionally handle communication tools & equipment like telephone set, fax machines, PABX, etc.
- Maximum Age of 30 Years

- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Frequent telephone handling
- Regular interface with staff, customers, suppliers, contractors
