1. TRAINEE ESTATE SURVEYORS AND PROJECT MANAGERS
QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics and other related fields with minimum of second class upper grade from a well known institution of higher learning
• Must have good Numeric ability

• Must possess excellent communication Skills
• Candidates must be interested in Real Estate Development and Practice
• Candidates must be computer literate and not more than 28 years old
2. SENIOR ESTATE SURVEYORS, VALUES AND PROJECT MANAGERS


• Good management and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze and research information with 5-10 years of cognate experience in a reputable Real Estate Firm
• An understanding of finance and market products
• Not more than 32 years
